Useful Links for Caregivers

Of the 26 million Americans who suffer from urinary incontinence. It’s a condition that can affect both men and women.  There are approximately 18 million women in America who suffer from incontinence.

Being a caregiver for someone with incontinence can make things more stressful—for both of you. The reasons for incontinence are many and include dementia, Parkinson’s disease, surgery, prolapse, stroke, multiple sclerosis, along with body changes as one ages. Incontinence does not have to be the reason for admission to a long-term care facility, in many cases it can be effectively managed at home with the help of a caregiver.

At Rely Medical Supply, we believe that knowledge is power. Below are helpful links to connect you with the best resources available for news and information about incontinence.
