Please contact our Rely team immediately (within 10 days of receiving your shipment) at 1-888-529-2308. Damaged or incorrect items will be promptly replaced. However, we will not be able to process anything after the 10 days has lapsed.
We are happy to assist with your request in the event that you need to return or exchange any unopened items as long as the item is not discontinued by the manufacturer. You will be responsible for the return shipping to Rely Medical Supply. Please contact us for return shipping instructions. Note: we cannot accept any opened items due to sanitary concerns.

If you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less any applicable original shipping costs.
